Dictation Capture

TUI is flexible in that we offer multiple modes of dictation capture. We will help you choose the method that best suites your organization. We offer:
  1. Toll-free telephone dictation,
  2. Hand-held digital recording,
  3. Electronic retrieval from your dictation system, and
  4. Re-record retrieval from your dictation system.

 Transcript (Document) Delivery

TUI is also flexible when it comes to document delivery. We electronically deliver all documents in MS Word 97-2002 format and depending on the turn-around rate chosen (16 or 24h TAT), the documents would be ready for retrieval by 10 AM or 1 PM the day after dictation. We strive to fully integrate our systems with our clients' systems both technically and operationally. We currently work with Medical Manager Software and we are eager to work with other healthcare management applications.

 Archiving and Tracking of Records

We know that maintaining organization in the office is difficult to achieve which is why we ensure that clients will have access to their documents, forever. We store documents in the security of our offices and let our clients know that they may call us anytime for misplaced or lost records, or just to 1 find out whether a dictator has actually dictated a patient record.

 24-hour Customer Support

Maintaining great 'quality of transcription' is one way we provide great customer service. Excellent quality of transcription can eliminate most customer service questions. For those questions that may arise, we offer an 8 AM - 5 PM support line, which forwards to a pager all other hours of the day. We ensure a 15-minute response time on the pager. Calling the support line does not route you to an operator, human or machine. You would speak to your own personal account representative that is very well acquainted with the intricacies of your account. We also offer next-day though usually same-day field-support to alleviate matters not resolvable over the phone.
